Job Description

Niko Hotels is currently looking for a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to lead and support our front desk team. Your main responsibilities will include managing efficient check-in and check-out processes, resolving guest complaints, and training new staff members to ensure exceptional service.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹25,00.00, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and paid time off. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Hindi is preferred.

Please note that this position requires in-person work at our hotel location.
