Job Description
VYAPARAVIJAYAM TRADES & AGENCIES PVT.LTD is looking for a dedicated Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to oversee customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service while building strong relationships. The CRE will respond to loan inquiries, assist with documentation, and promote our financial products while meeting sales targets.
Ideal candidates should possess outstanding communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and foundational knowledge of NBFC products. A bachelor’s degree is required, and 0-3 years of experience in customer service or financial services is preferred.
