Job Description
One Point One Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Relationship Executive to enhance our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and address customer inquiries related to insurance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in the role of Customer Care Executive.
- Work during day shifts with Sundays as a guaranteed day off.
- Participate in rotational shifts and take time off when necessary.
