Job Description
The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation is actively searching for a committed Associate to join our Corporate Actions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, interpreting and notifying relevant corporate action events, processing liability notices, and allocating dividend payments. Additionally, you will conduct daily reconciliations for cash, securities, and suspense transactions.
