Job Description
Corporate Hub is actively seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our team in Malad West Mindspace. We offer a competitive salary between ₹22,00 and ₹34,00, complemented by performance-based incentives and overtime pay.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
