Job Description
LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated Customer/Technical Support Executives for our Telecom process in Mumbai. We encourage applications from both fresh undergraduates and experienced professionals.
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA, with a rotational work schedule of 18 hours (from 6:00 PM IST to 9:30 AM IST), working five days a week.
Key Qualifications: Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency. Experience in live chat processes or customer service within the Telecom sector is a requirement.
