Job Description
CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd, based in Chakan, Pune, is currently looking for an experienced Team Leader Production (Furnace). The ideal candidate should hold a B.E. or B.Tech in Production or a related field, accompanied by 13 to 15 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities for this role include achieving production targets, promoting continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and enhancing team collaboration. Expertise in furnace operations and familiarity with ISO, IATF, and OHSAS standards are crucial for success in this position.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive annual salary ranging from ₹1,200,00 to ₹1,600,00.
