Job Description
Working Panda is looking for dedicated Customer Care Specialists to join our team at our Hyderabad office. This full-time, permanent position involves providing exceptional support to international customers through inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹32,00 (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with billing and account-related questions.
- Provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in an international BPO.
- Open to graduates and undergraduates.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
