Job Description
Company: VachiLabs Innovations Pvt Ltd
Location: Delhi/Noida
Role & Responsibilities: Provide customer support via voice calls regarding queries and complaints related to the Dreams 11 platform.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream is required.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred.
Shifts: Males work 24/7; females work from 6 AM to 8 PM (any 9-hour window). No transport provided during odd hour shifts.
Compensation: ₹28,00 per month.
