Job Description
We are looking for a committed Call Handler to become a vital part of our team at ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with their inquiries, complaints, and issues concerning our products or services. You will respond promptly to callers, offering effective solutions while ensuring a supportive experience for our clients.
Your role will also involve active listening, verifying information, and skillfully defusing tense situations with upset clients. Fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members is essential to this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Entry-level. Salary: ₹10,283.16 – ₹17,711.13 per month. Benefits include health insurance. Work location: In-person.
