Job Description
Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via email and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve complaints and escalate issues as needed.
We welcome fresher candidates aged up to 28 with a minimum qualification of 12th Pass. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and proficiency in English are preferred. A customer-focused attitude is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay: ₹9,663.45 – ₹35,790.78 per month. Available shifts: Day, Evening, Morning, and Night.
