• Lead the oversight of Business Revenue and Service Solutions Revenue for the designated zone.
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities while striving to enhance spare parts market share.
• Ensure spare parts availability with a First Pick rate of 96% or higher.
• Boost customer retention through proactive AMC initiatives for sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop the existing after-sales business and expand service reach effectively.
• Achieve AMC business targets while maintaining service quality according to established SLAs.
• Promote team development and conduct customer engagement activities.
• Assist the service team in bolstering service penetration and increasing market share.
