Job Description
THE CAREER LINE is currently inviting applications for the position of Corporate Legal Executive. The successful candidate will oversee contract management and documentation, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide internal legal counsel. Key responsibilities encompass:
- Drafting and reviewing various legal agreements.
- Supporting corporate compliance and regulatory matters.
- Coordinating litigation and providing assistance in legal disputes.
- Facilitating corporate governance and preparing documentation for Board meetings.
- Managing intellectual property filings and monitoring potential infringements.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of ₹30,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include health insurance and a Provident Fund. The role requires in-person attendance.
Requirements
