Job Description
Dolphin Ad World is seeking a motivated and dynamic Production Coordinator/Operator to enhance our team. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership capabilities and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include ensuring daily operational effectiveness, maintaining and updating Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets, and preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports. You will manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with both teams and management while handling time-sensitive projects under pressure. Additionally, you will implement process checklists for consistency and provide regular updates directly to the Founders. Effective scheduling and coordination across departments will also be essential.
