Olivia Hospitality seeks a professional Guest Service Associate to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will deliver warm, personalized service and promptly address guest needs to ensure an exceptional experience.

• Welcome and assist guests to create a positive atmosphere.
• Take orders and oversee timely food and beverage delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Process billing and transactions in accordance with company standards.
• Gather and report guest feedback to support continuous improvement.

Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month | Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund | Location: On-site
