Job Description
JVS SWITCHGEARS is seeking a full-time, on-site Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory control (GRN and bin/WIN-wise racking), visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, expense oversight, and team supervision to meet sales objectives. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, operate POS systems, and apply basic IT skills while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1–3 years in retail or customer service
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹25,00/month; benefits include commuter assistance, health and life insurance, paid time off, and provident fund
- Employment type: Permanent, full-time, on-site
