Job Description
The Shift Supervisor oversees daily food production to ensure efficient operations, compliance with food‑safety and quality standards, and timely achievement of production targets.
- Manage and allocate manpower; maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality protocols; coordinate with maintenance, QA, and logistics teams.
- Monitor line performance, resolve production issues, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements: Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Employment: Full‑time, on‑site. Compensation: ₹11,472.48–₹18,00 per month. Benefit: Provident Fund.
