Job Description
Matrimony.com (MM-Elite) seeks an Associate Manager to lead a team of 10–20 Relationship Managers at the Assisted Services unit. This Band 2, Level 4 role (2 openings) is based in Kolkata with responsibility for client servicing standards, escalation handling, training, performance monitoring, and maintaining service trackers.
- Key responsibilities: coach RMs, manage escalations, ensure high-quality service for premium members, and liaise with the State Head.
- Required skills: excellent English and regional language fluency, supervisory experience, strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, integrity, and business acumen.
- Eligibility: Graduate with 8–12 years’ experience (customer-facing/service or sales), minimum company service requirements, and satisfactory recent performance record.
