Job Description
We seek an experienced Admission Counsellor to oversee daily centre operations, drive admissions, and grow revenue. Responsibilities include outdoor marketing, engaging parents, meeting targets, guiding a small team, handling collections, and maintaining customer data. This is an in-person role based in Gurgaon, Haryana.
- Schedule: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00; Sat 09:00–18:00; Sun off
- Requirements: excellent communication, strong rapport with parents and children, self-driven learner, 4–6 years in a similar direct-sales/education role preferred
- Compensation: ₹25,00–35,00/month; includes Sportyze child care perks
