Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, office-based Voice Process Associate in Coimbatore to handle inbound and outbound calls for residential projects. With 1–3 years of experience (real estate preferred), you will qualify leads, update the CRM, explain pricing, amenities and location, convert leads into confirmed visits, coordinate appointments with sales executives, send confirmations and reminders, maintain follow-up cycles, and produce daily and weekly lead→visit→booking reports.
- Requirements: fluent Tamil and English; telecalling or customer service experience; strong persuasion, objection-handling, and active listening; basic computer and CRM proficiency.
- Salary: ₹12,00–₹20,00 per month.
