Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Company: IBDIC Private Limited — a consortium of 18 Indian banks developing digital infrastructure using blockchain and emerging technologies.

Experience: 8+ years post-qualification experience (PQE).

• Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain secretarial processes, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, prepare Board and committee agendas and minutes, and coordinate statutory and internal audits.
• Requirements: Qualified lawyer and Company Secretary with proven experience in legal and secretarial functions.
• Salary & Benefits: Up to ₹70,00 per month; health insurance. In-person work location.
