Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Cook I to consistently prepare and cook menu items according to recipes while maintaining strict kitchen sanitation. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will ensure high-quality food and timely service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare, portion, and plate dishes following standardized recipes
- Rotate stock, assist with inventory, and uphold food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with the culinary team and follow direction from the Head Chef
Qualifications: minimum one year of kitchen experience, basic knife skills, knowledge of food safety, reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn. Competitive salary and training opportunities provided.
