Job Description
CobbleStone Realty, a leading real estate advisory representing premier developers in Bangalore, Goa, and Dubai, seeks a full-time, in-office Presales Executive (female) based in Jayanagar. The role involves managing inbound and outbound inquiries, qualifying leads, presenting projects, scheduling site visits, updating CRM, coordinating with sales and marketing, and supporting deal closures to meet presales targets.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year of real estate presales experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong follow-up and lead-management skills; familiarity with the Bangalore market is a plus.
- Employment: permanent, in-person role; compensation ₹25,00–₹30,00/month plus health insurance.
