Job Description

STAPLE TRADING SOLUTION is seeking a full-time Jewelry Merchandiser to develop and execute merchandising and assortment strategies. The role requires collaboration with design and production teams, market and competitor research, and curation of seasonal collections that balance classic and innovative styles. Responsibilities include inventory management to ensure timely deliveries and minimal stock issues, pricing and positioning based on cost and market analysis, quality control oversight, and management of production timelines. The position also supports sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools, leads product launches, and coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow.
