Job Description
Xylem Learning App seeks a responsible Academic Assistant based in Palakkad to support student success and program quality. The role includes handling student inquiries, advising on course selection, monitoring and following up with consistently absent students, posting timetables and academic announcements, mentoring learners, and collecting and analyzing feedback to improve offerings.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any field); PSC aspirant for at least one year. B.Ed., Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and basic academic software proficiency.
- Requirements: Age 23–35; 0–4 years’ experience. Salary: Not disclosed.
