Skillspark The Finishing School seeks a full-time Academic Counselor to manage student admissions and ensure smooth, efficient enrollment. The role requires meeting monthly targets through strategic planning and execution, supporting marketing outreach, and converting leads—sales experience is mandatory. This in-person, permanent position offers ₹20,00–₹30,00 per month plus cell phone reimbursement.
- Responsibilities: drive admissions targets, collaborate with marketing, guide students from inquiry to enrollment, and maintain accurate records.
- Qualifications: proven sales results, strong organizational and communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and professional representation of the academy.
