Job Description
Connect Galaxy is hiring a Customer Support Associate for e-commerce (in-office). Applicants must be fluent in Tamil with basic English reading skills. This full-time, permanent position involves rotational shifts, six days per week, weekly off days, and 9 hours login daily (8 productive hours + 1 hour break).
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates (up to 30 years); graduates and undergraduates eligible.
- Salary: Freshers ₹12,823 take-home; experienced (min. 6 months BPO) ₹14,00.
