Job Description
Qualitest seeks an experienced Automation Architect to lead automation initiatives for healthcare clients in India. Posted 24 Nov 2025.
The ideal candidate will design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and data layers, promote TOSCA and Selenium best practices, and integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab). Responsibilities include building reusable accelerators, driving tool adoption, mentoring engineers, collaborating with QA, development and stakeholders, and defining metrics for test coverage and ROI.
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience with hands‑on Java/Python scripting
- Deep expertise in TOSCA, Selenium and DevOps practices
- Proven team leadership, healthcare domain and compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
