Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Operations Executive to manage daily operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain quality and productivity. Key duties include process optimization, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, supporting customer service and strategic initiatives, and verifying customer KYC and documentation. Candidates must be prepared to work all shifts, including 24-hour branch operations, and be willing to assist across departments as required. This position is open to freshers. Preferred language: English. Work location: in person. Compensation: ₹14,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: Provident Fund. Additional job-related duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
