Job Description
SYNFYN is hiring a full-time, permanent Customer Relationship Officer (Field Collection Executive) with an attractive incentive scheme. Applicants must have completed 12th grade, possess basic English proficiency, and own a motorcycle/scooter, Aadhaar card, smartphone, PAN card, two-wheeler driving license, and a bank account. Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Key duties: field collections, customer interaction, and relationship management.
- Compensation: ₹19,00–₹35,00 per month plus incentives.
