Job Description
Education World Society (NGO) seeks a full-time Academic Counselor to provide individualized academic and career guidance at our Salt Lake, Kolkata campus. The role includes monitoring student progress, advising on course selection and degree planning, coordinating with faculty and families, delivering workshops and orientation programs, and referring students to tutoring or counseling services. The counselor will maintain confidential records and support students facing academic difficulties.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year of academic counseling experience; age 20–35; in-person at Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal.
- Must have a reliable commute or be willing to relocate (employer-provided relocation package available).
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹22,00 per month; benefit: internet reimbursement.
