Job Description
YES Germany invites applications for an Education Counselor – Sales based in Baner, Pune. In this full-time, in-person role you will counsel students on overseas study options (with emphasis on Germany), manage admissions and documentation, convert inquiries into enrollments, follow up leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years in counseling or sales (education sector preferred); strong English, Hindi, and Marathi communication; CRM and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; sales-oriented mindset.
- Compensation & benefits: ₹18,00–₹40,00/month, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and provident fund.
