Job Description
We seek an Advocacy Operations Associate to manage campaign logistics, stakeholder engagement, and operational systems for our advocacy programs.
- Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications; maintain CRM and databases
- Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and support digital outreach
- Provide accurate, timely administrative and operational support for campaigns
Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in nonprofit or advocacy settings, excellent written and verbal communication, strong Excel and CRM proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and mission-driven.
