Job Description

HRQuadrant seeks a Banking Associate to engage bank customers, conduct needs-based financial consultations, recommend life insurance, cross-sell products, follow up, and ensure client satisfaction. This full-time, in-person role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred) and at least one year of sales experience; financial services experience is a plus. Candidates should be 30 years or younger, with strong communication, negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of insurance products.
