Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a full-time, permanent, in-person Customer Relationship Officer for life insurance across Kerala (Kerala candidates only). Salary: ₹25,00–₹40,00 basic plus attractive incentives.
- Responsibilities: assist bank branch walk-in customers, assess needs, recommend suitable life insurance, manage bank and advisor relationships, oversee documentation, and ensure seamless sales closures.
- Requirements: graduate under 30 years old with a minimum of 1 year sales experience; strong communication and customer-focused attitude.
