Job Description
ACCOR’s ibis seeks a Food & Beverage Service Associate to deliver courteous, professional service aligned with ibis standards. Duties include rotating across F&B outlets, understanding hotel services and menus, performing opening and closing tasks, recommending and upselling items, maintaining a clean, organized workstation, monitoring supplies, and handling guest inquiries and complaints with appropriate supervisor escalation. Preferred candidates have hospitality experience and operational knowledge. We seek an energetic, service-oriented team player with strong multitasking skills and flexibility to support varied service needs.
