Job Description
Dream Home Financial Services seeks a dedicated Field Sales Officer to lead on-site weekend sales (Saturday–Sunday) and conduct weekday customer and bank visits at our Pune H.O. This full-time position requires managing walk-ins, presenting products, meeting clients at homes or offices, collecting and verifying documentation, initiating account logins, and coordinating with banks for sanctions and disbursements. The role includes lead management, meeting monthly and quarterly targets, preparing regular reports, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth end-to-end customer support.
- Salary: ₹16,00–₹18,00/month
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years back-office coordinator experience, Marathi language skills
- Location: Pune H.O., Pune, Maharashtra — in person
