Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Training Specialist to design, train, and evaluate autonomous AI agents for safe, goal-directed performance. The role involves constructing training datasets, crafting reward functions, fine-tuning large language and agent models, running realistic simulations, and continuously monitoring agent behavior to ensure reliability and safety.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience with reinforcement learning, LLM fine-tuning, Python, and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics and rigorous safety practices
- Strong ethical judgment and collaborative teamwork skills
