Job Description
Data Patterns (India) Ltd., located in Chennai, is seeking a Deputy General Manager – Manufacturing with 25 to 30 years of experience in Electronics Product design/manufacturing. Candidates with a background in Defence and Aerospace industries are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan deliveries to meet targets.
- Improve production processes per organizational needs.
- Conduct periodic project/process reviews.
- Collaborate with other teams for installation and commissioning.
- Engage with customers for product acceptance testing.
- Ensure continuous improvement and resource planning.
Ideal Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in ECE/EE/E&I.
- Knowledge in PCB assembly, aerospace standards, and industrial practices.
