Job Description
We are seeking a Stores Assistant to manage finished-goods receipt with full verification and SAP/ERP updates, perform daily physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies and conduct root-cause analysis. You will monitor slow and non-moving stock, coordinate liquidation with SCM, prepare daily finished-goods reports, and plan dispatches with SCM/BD.
Additional duties include ensuring customer-specific labeling and packaging with QA lot verification, supervising safe loading, and maintaining accurate dispatch documentation (invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill). You will track returnable challans and shipments, manage scrap disposal, uphold 5S, FIFO and safety standards, and maintain audit readiness.
- Required: finished-goods warehouse experience, SAP/ERP and Excel proficiency, and knowledge of logistics, documentation and QA procedures.
