Job Description
The SOP Executive will develop, maintain, and implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent, compliant operations. Responsibilities include process mapping, drafting and updating SOPs, conducting training and internal audits, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing version control, and driving continuous improvement.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in operations or quality assurance.
- Skills: Strong technical writing, attention to detail, familiarity with ISO or regulatory standards, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent verbal and written communication.
