Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Insurance Telesales Advisor for our Gurgaon office. You will make outbound calls to sell life and health insurance, assess customer needs, explain policy features, address objections, and close sales to achieve targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and conduct professional follow-ups.
- CTC up to ₹3.5 LPA + incentives (₹20,00–₹30,00/month)
- Shift: 6 days, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM with rotational offs
- Training provided; Provident Fund included
- Preferred: Graduates with strong English; 6–12 months telesales/insurance experience
