Job Description

We are seeking a driven Telesales Executive to generate leads and close sales via outbound calling. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and conduct timely follow-ups to achieve monthly targets.

• Key responsibilities: outbound calling, lead qualification, phone-based closing, CRM updates, and follow-up.
• Requirements: excellent verbal communication, persuasive selling ability, basic CRM knowledge, target-oriented mindset, and preferably 1+ year of telesales experience.
