Job Description

Acumen Capital Market India Limited seeks a full-time Equity Dealer. Fresh graduates and all genders are encouraged to apply. Hindi fluency is mandatory; strong English proficiency required. Compensation: fixed salary plus incentives, approximately ₹220,00–₹270,00 per year, with Provident Fund.

• Key duties: market research and analysis, risk monitoring, trade execution and supervision, portfolio tracking, client relationship management, cross-selling, and franchise acquisition.
• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement of back-office functions.
• Qualification: MBA or bachelor’s degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Performance target: achieve 3× monthly salary. Work is on-site.
