Job Description
Virtusa is seeking a Fenergo Specialist to provide second-level support for the Fenergo platform. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex workflow, configuration, API, UI, and data issues; conducting root-cause analysis using logs, system tools, and SQL; and validating client data, workflow states, and business rule configurations.
- Debug workflows, UI logic, validations, and document handling
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, IT, and the Fenergo vendor
- Support releases, patches, and UAT; create and maintain knowledge-base articles and SOPs
- Monitor jobs, batch processes, and alerts; ensure SLA adherence and participate in incident, problem, and change management
