Job Description
Urban Shoes seeks a professional Retail Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service. Greet customers, assess footwear needs (casual, formal, sports), and provide personalized advice on fit, style, and care. Demonstrate products, conduct fittings, and promote accessories (socks, insoles). Accurately handle POS transactions — cash, cards, and common Indian digital payments. Maintain store presentation: keep the premises clean, arrange displays, restock shelves, and monitor inventory to preserve popular sizes and minimize shrinkage.
