Job Description
We are seeking a Production In-Charge to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and meet production targets. Responsibilities include planning schedules, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, enforcing safety and quality standards, and reporting performance metrics.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in production management, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or ISO procedures preferred; ability to work under pressure and drive process improvements is essential.
