Job Description
Flora Hospitality Group seeks a full-time, permanent Guest Service Agent for F&B service at our luxury Wayanad resort. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of F&B experience; a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/F&B Management is preferred.
Responsibilities: welcome guests, present menus, take and relay accurate orders, set and clear tables, serve food and beverages, promote upselling, maintain cleanliness, attend briefings, process bills and payments, and ensure exceptional dining experiences.
- Strong English communication and a service-oriented attitude required
- Salary: ₹17,00–₹20,00/month
- Benefits: meals, health insurance, provident fund, paid time off, and sick leave
- On-site position at the resort
