Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Trainer to design and deliver practical, standards-based training for restaurant and hotel staff. The Trainer will standardize service procedures, coach teams on menu knowledge, guest interaction, hygiene, and safety, and evaluate trainee performance to ensure consistent service quality.
- Responsibilities: create training materials, conduct workshops, provide on-the-job coaching, and monitor SOP compliance.
- Qualifications: 3+ years in F&B operations, proven training experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
