Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join our Medical Operations team. You will coordinate daily with physicians, hospitals, and patients; maintain accurate medical records; process medical cases and claims; and handle routine inquiries via phone, email, or portal. The role requires timely task completion and strict confidentiality.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, strong verbal and written communication, basic medical terminology (training provided), MS Office proficiency, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent, in-person with rotating day/afternoon shifts. Salary: ₹15,00–₹17,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, meals, leave encashment, paid sick leave, paid time off, and occasional remote work.
